To help promote their 7-seater Grand Scenic model, French auto-maker Renault has bred rabbits. Errr… Rabbids, that is. Renault’s agency Publicis teamed them up with Ubisoft, the gaming company behind Rayman Raving Rabbids to create a series of animated ads. They go under the French title Les Lapins Crétins testent le Nouveau Grand Scénic, which doesn’t mean “Crash Test Bunnies,” but it’s a pun, and I like puns.
I finally got a Wii. I know, I know – I’m a year behind. I suppose that means I’ll get an iPhone sometime next year. Anyway, I played Rayman Raving Rabbids TV Party this weekend, and I really dig those little, Ubisoft rabbits. Here’s a fun ad Studio Planktoon created to promote sales of the game on Amazon.com.
