Studio AKA’s Marc Craste directed this new CG spot for the BBC Weather website. One Step Ahead started airing this week. The agency on the job was RKCR/Y&R, London.

The 2010 Winter Olympics start up in Vancouver on February 12th, and the BBC has ordered up a little animation to help kick it off. This spot for UK mobile operator Orange is a crisp little number featuring both puppet and CG characters. The spot was directed by Steve Small who puppeteered along with Phil Hunt. CG animation was added by Studio AKA. The DP on the spot was Malcolm Hadley.
