The South Korean animator known as Manzizak has revealed the latest installment of his NyaNya series. It’s features dialog-free stop-motion that takes a while to build and reach a climax, but it’s cute storytelling along with some fun acting. This episode is titled NyaNya and White Rabbit.

Look Around was produced back in 2008 by 29-year old Korean artist Lee Kyu-tae, and it has since toured to a number of festivals around the world. It’s a film set in tribal times, where giant beasts threaten a tribe’s safety and challenge it’s best warriors to attack.
Herstory is a revealing project out of South Korea that utilizes CG recreations of horifying events. The Japanese military apparently dealt in sexual slavery, drafting “comfort women” to please the soldiers. The films were created with support from the Chungkang College of Cultural Industries and the Korean Council for the Women Drafted for Military Sexual Slavery by Japan.
