The latest collaboration between Google and Pantograph, the Japanese stop-motion studio, focuses on Adwords.
Going toe-to-toe with Groupon, Google Offers is launching alongside this new stop-motion promo produced by the Japanese studio PantoGraph. It’s one of many that the team has crafted for the internet giant, and they’re all far more appealing than those overcooked Google logo doodles. Yuck.
PantoGraph, the Japanese stop-motion shop, recently created these bumpers for the music show Best Hit!
Easily winning the “Best New Title” award for an animated series, Cat Shit One, has arrived. The first episode of this bunny-filled war story is being released on YouTube, but only in Japan, for now. IDA Entertainment is distributing the project, which was animated by Studio Anima. Here’s a section from part 1:

This whimsical stop-motion ad for Googles rapidly-rising browser Chrome (which I use) was produced by PantoGraph, who have teamed up with Google in the past. There’s a nice little behind-the-scenes photo collection over on PantoGraph’s blog too. It’s titled Chrome Starts Fast.
