Four graduates of France’s Supinfocom combined forces to create an upcoming film titled Facteur Mineur (Miner Factor). The team, comprised of Arnaud Joli, Marx Blackmon, Geoffrey Skrajewski and François Ruiz, released this eerie trailer that hints at a story of pencil miners in distress. Blutch, Charles Burns, Marie Caillou, Pierre Di Sciullo, Lorenzo Mattotti, and Richard McGuire each tell black-and-white tales of fear. Produced by Prima Linea and released by IFC. The French/Swiss team of Ben&Julia directed this mixed-media music video for Tahiti Boy and the Palmtree Family. The track is titled 1973 off the album Good Children Go To Heaven. The animatic and other “making of” elements can be found at Facebook.
Al Dente is a culinary-themed student short created at Supinfocom by Jean-François Barthelemy, Maël François and Carlos Felipe Leon Ortiz. The threesome have imagined a colorful and intense universe inside a envil ogre’s kitchen, and we watch a young street girl try to escape.
This spot, titled Le Balloon, for the French children’s channel Tiji TV was directed by Yoann Lemoine, and produced out of Wanda. The agency was DDB, Paris.
KitKat, the Nestle candy bar, tapped JWT Paris to bring their latest TV spot to life. Along with Akama Studio and Wanda Productions, JWT conceived the The Ultimate Break.
