Condamne a Vie (Condemned to Life) is a new short by Vincent Carretey and Hannah Letaïf, students at La Cambre, a school in Belgium. It’s a beautifully-animated story about a man who cannot die, not matter how hard he tries. The dialog is in French, but I think even those who don’t speak the language will enjoy this:
Pierre Mousquet and Jérôme Cauwe’s animated tale of two wrestlers won the CANAL+ creative aid Award at the 2010 Annecy Festival. Je Te Pardonne (I Forgive You) is the result of their studies at La Cambre in Brussels.
Belgian-based studio Beast Animation recently produced this stop-motion spot for Lotus Backeries, a snack maker from the same region. The team utilized the actual Lotus Speculoos biscuits in the spot, and special coffee cup created for animation.
The Belgium-based duo comprised of Michélé De Feudis and Joris Bergmans recently directed this throwback music video for the band Team William.
