			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Every year, I&#8217;m more and more impressed with the work from students at <a href="http://www.ringling.edu/" target="blank">Ringling College of Art + Design</a>. Take <em>dilla</em>, a CG short directed by Mike Klim, <a href="http://stanleymoore.blogspot.com/" target="blank">Stanley Moore</a>, <a href="http://webspace.ringling.edu/~dpallott/" target="blank">Dominic Pallotta</a> and <a href="http://www.mikeysauls.com/" target="blank">Mikey Sauls</a>.  Strong design, tight timing, crisp acting, smart use of color and camera &#8211; and a fairly entertaining story. It&#8217;s all pantomime too, which is hard to pull off. Not surprisingly, one of the directors, Mikey Sauls, was selected to participate in this summer&#8217;s Pixar Animation program.</p>
