Four first-year animators at l’Ecole des Gobelins directed this new animated short, titled My Bloody Lad, about a boy who gets a zombie for his birthday. Working under the team name of DeadWalter, Cyrille Chauvin, Guillaume Dousse, Thibaud Petitpas and Pierre Rutz produced the video in about a month in conjunction with the team at Wizzprod°.
Pixar has revealed a :30 second peek at the latest Toy Story production – a short film titled Small Fry. In this installment, which will hit the big screen ahead of The Muppets next February, we find Buzz Lightyear in a sticky situation at a fast food restaurant.
Jon Link and Mick Bunnage, the team behind Modern Toss, have hatched a new animation, titled Business Mouse. Le Singe Media managed the animation, with Tom Matuszewski leading the way. The dialog features some thick accents, so turn up the speakers.

ABC’s 2009 holiday special Prep & Landing performed well for the network, notching a 5.8 rating, and then at awards time, the half-hour piece snagged an Annie award and a number of Emmys. So it should come as no surprise that ABC is rolling out a sequel, titled Prep & Landing: Naughty vs. Nice.
