That image above is a snapshot of the top 9 films from the poll, so Mary and Max is in 9th of 20. It's actually moved from 9th to 8th since this morning tho. I have to admit I really hope it gets the Oscar this year, despite Up being truly touching and Coraline beyond magnificent. I just think Mary and Max is different from what we usually see in animated features. :) Voters obviously haven’t seen Mary and Max for it to be in last place. ;)
