Animation was undoubtedly used in this ad to soften the harsh critical focus surrounding a morning after pill. Levonelle One Step is an over-the-counter pill that can end prevent a pregnancy up to 72 hours after sex. The ad has been running for about a week in the UK, not long after their governmental agencies allowed this type of advertising on TV.













Not a big deal, but the morning after pill actually does not “end a pregnancy” but rather prevents a pregnancy from occurring, in the same manner that traditional oral contraceptives do.
