Modern Toss Team Tries On a Pair of Random Bandits

Kickers, the UK shoe brand that’s been popular with clubbers and rave kids, has launched a series of animated, sketch-comedy shorts called Random Bandits. The digital agency Holler laced up the effort for Kickers. The animated series is produced by Jon Link and Mick Bunnage, the writers and animators behind Modern Toss – the cult hit series from the UK network Channel 4 (watch my personnal favorite – Space Argument). BTW – the US network IFC picked up the series, and it also ran on Adult Swim for a bit in the UK. Anyway, here’s the first episode of Random Bandits, which features the voicework of Mackenzie Crook, who plays Gareth Keenan in The Office (UK-version). Crook was also a voice actor in the original Modern Toss episodes.
