Great interview, thank you Brendan and lineboil, and thank you Glen Keane.

I still remember watching over and over the "making of" special on The Little Mermaid that I taped (must have been from the Disney Channel) after Mermaid was out. Same with Beauty and the Beast. I remember being so inspired watching Glen sketch out those characters with such speed and artistry and hearing him speak of the process with such passion.

Very inspiring still in this interview...I really respect his advice on keeping alive that artist within, and getting away once in a while and reminding yourself the reason you love the art behind animation (or whatever artistic endeavors you aspire to). I need to take that to heart myself more!

Thanks again.

Glen is, and always will be, the "Animator's Animator"! There are legions of artists and animators that he has directly influenced and taught. I am proud to include myself in that group. This interview is very reviving to my spirit and thought process toward my art. Thank you Glen Keane!!
