Portland-based animation studio Fashionbuddha produced this animated tale on the high-seas. The Fable of Annabell Lee is a collaboration between the animation studio and 30-year old Evan B. Harris, a folk artist who also hails from Oregon. They produced the short with After Effects and Maya.
